Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bon Bini. We ship orders promptly and offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen method. We provide tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey from our store to your door.

Shipment processing time

We are based out of Spotsylvania, Virginia and we fulfill orders Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST excluding national holidays. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days in the order in which they are received. After processing, it will be shipped out the next business day. We offer a few shipping options including low-cost and expedited which can be viewed in detail below. Please note that 3 day - 2 day expedited shipping is transit time NOT processing time. If you need your order ASAP please reach out to us. We will try our best to accommodate you. 

Please Note: while we mainly ship UPS if you are in a rural or high density city area we will use USPS to get your packages to you. We also are not able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to carriers.

Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands & PO Boxes

- Please note all orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands & PO boxes will be subject to additional charges. We will send you an invoice once the order has been completed for additional shipping costs. 

- 3 Business Day, & 2 Business Day shipping are not available to P.O. boxes & APO/FPO addresses.

  • 3 Business Day shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Virgin Islands . This is simply because shipping carriers don't offer this option unfortunately. Sorry 💖.

How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email once items from your order are shipped. The email will contain a link to track your package and a list of items in the box. 

I got the shipment email, but when I track the package, I get a "Tracking number not found" error!

Shipment emails are sent out as soon as a shipping label is printed. The package may not be trackable until the package is received by the carrier and the first scan takes place.

I did not receive my order. What do I do?

We ask that you first please check your tracking. Please also make sure to check any other locations the package might be: the front door, back door, mailbox, or even a neighbors house (it happens sometimes). If the package is still nowhere to be found, it’s possible that it was erroneously marked as delivered by UPS/USPS. If it’s simply a UPS/USPS error, the package will usually be delivered within the next couple business days. If you do not receive your package after 2 weeks it is possible your package was stolen (which can be quite common during the holiday season) or lost. If your package was lost please reach out to us so we may investigate & follow up with our mailing carrier. We will provide reimbursement only if the mail carrier has declared the package is actually lost. Please note we are not responsible for packages that were marked as delivered.

I received my order but it was damaged from the mail carrier.

In the case of damaged/defective items please contact Customer Care via email within 3 DAYS of delivery (include pictures of damage as well). In the case that your package was damaged in transit we ask that you keep all packaging material and damaged items in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should NOT be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to us (this is so we can file damage claims correctly). We will require you (or your intended recipient if you sent items as a gift) to sign a claim/statement. This form is simply meant to indicate loss or damage. Please note we only provide reimbursement via store credit on damages and lost packages. If we have the items you purchased in stock, we will send a replacement.

Giveaway Policy

Due to giveaway prizes being available only while supplies last we will unfortunately not be able to replace lost/damaged giveaway packages.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Bon Bini is not responsible for delays with UPS/USPS shipping.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you would like your item to be shipped back to you, an invoice will be sent to you and you will be charged for the re-shipment.

Q. I placed 2 orders, can you pack them together & give me a refund on the double $9.99 I spent?

A. Unfortunately if your orders are packed together or not we do not credit any shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
