Returns & Shipping
- What Is Our Return Policy?
In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup & fragrance free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, pet hair & excessive human hair free and in its original packaging with tags attached. No tags = no store credit) for store credit within seven days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds or shipping labels.
- How Does Bon Bini Package & Ship Orders?
We flat-pack, fold, & polybag most of our items (bigger items/orders are shipped in boxes) to maintain a neat & lovely packaging for you to receive. All orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days of ordering. We use United Parcel Service Smart Ship (UPS) for the majority of our online orders & United States Postal Service (USPS) for some of our online orders to ensure cost effective and reliable shipments. Please note that our shipping department is closed Saturday & Sunday.
- How Our Free Shipping Works?
All orders, $200 & over, have free ground shipping. In the event you need your order shipped faster, we offer several accelerated options from UPS at your expense. Large orders may ship in multiple packages.
Free shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, gift cards, & oversized shipping charges do not count toward the free shipping total.
- Do You Ship Internationally?
As of right now we do not ship internationally but we are planning to do so in the future.

- How Does Our Sizing Fit?
We understand that it is challenging to envision how a garment might fit without the default standard sizing. Our team is always happy to provide specific measurements for any item in this regard as well as their expertise to the particular fit of every garment. Additionally, most of our garments have size charts & specific measurements in the size info to specifically address this concern. Please reach out us on our Contact Page or live chat for assistance.
- How Do I Wash My Bon Bini Clothes?
We recommend gentle machine washing Bon Bini items in cold water or hand washing for more delicate pieces. While certain items may be put in the dryer (each product description tells a garment's wash instructions), we recommend line-drying for most items.

- How Do We Find Out If A Style Is Back In Stock?
We keep careful tabs on our stocked items; if an item appears on our web store as “Sold Out” You can sign up and apply for our restock emails. You are welcome to inquire about restocks by contacting bonbini.giftboutique@gmail.com or through the chat window on our site.
- How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
Order status and tracking is sent via email with order confirmation for your order. If you deal directly with a Team Member, please contact them via email or use our site chat window to inquire about your order.
- Do We Offer Gift Cards?
We’re so honored when our customers want to share the joy of Bon Bini!. Gift cards can be purchased online, through our website only. If you already have one and want to purchase or are having trouble doing so, please contact us directly at bonbini.giftboutique@gmail.com and we are more than happy to assist you!
- Do Our Items Go On Sale?
Yes! We offer 10% off your first order when you sign up for our email community (excluding items already on sale, Lucky Last or from Freedom Studios). We also offer 40% off all items in our Lucky Last Department (enter our discount code under those product descriptions for 40% off at checkout). And lastly we have surprise Secret Sales (you must be signed up for email to be notified of these). Items purchased with a discount code of 30% or higher are Final Sale & Non-Returnable.
