Returns & Exchanges Policy
Last updated June 11, 2026. Effective for all orders placed June 12 and moving forward.
Hi beautiful! 🥰 We here at Bon Bini want you to love your purchase, however in the event that you are unhappy or it just wasn't quite the right fit Bon Bin gladly accepts returns and exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery. 💖
Please read the following carefully before making a purchase. Do NOT return items before getting authorization from our Return Portal.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be received in the same condition they arrived in:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Smoke, pet hair, deodorant, & fragrance free.
- Returned with original tags attached and suffocation bags undamaged otherwise additional fees may apply.
- Returned in the original shipping bag (or something similarly sized) otherwise your refund/store credit will receive a deduction for additional shipping charges that are incurred from the shipping carrier.
Items that appear worn, damaged, or improperly packaged will be denied.
How to Start a Return 🌸
It's super easy! Simply head to our Returns Portal located at the bottom of our website (or this policy). All returns and exchanges must be approved through our Return Center before being sent back 😘.
After submitting your request:
- Please allow 1–3 business days for approval
- Once approved (or once you receive your return shipping label), your return/exchange must be shipped within 10 business days or it will be canceled and you will receive a store credit.
Return/Exchange Shipping Options 💌
We offer 3 return methods:
- Return/Shipping Assurance ($2.48 at checkout): Includes free return/exchange shipping for eligible Continental U.S. orders.
- Return/Exchange Label Without Assurance: We can provide a label to you for the exact shipping cost for a return/exchange to ship from you to us. In the case that you are exchanging you will be invoiced the exact shipping cost for when you are sending the item to us only. We will send you the new exchange size free of charge.
- Ship It Yourself: Customers may return items using their own carrier, we highly recommended insuring your package. Please email us a tracking number so we can track your return.
Please note: Return/Exchange Assurance is non-refundable and only the first return request per order qualifies for free return shipping.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personal care & beauty products
- Intimates (bras, bralettes, underwear, etc.)
- Jewelry, bags/purses, hats, blankets, gifts/novelties, and gift cards
- All sale items
- Orders using discount codes of 20% or more
- Purchases made using store credit
Exchanges 😘!
We offer size exchanges on eligible clothing items within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are not available for non-apparel or final sale items. You must ship your exchange return within 10 days of your exchange being approved (or receiving your return label if that is what you opted for). If your item is not shipped back within that time frame your new exchange size will not be held on to anymore.
Once your return is received your replacement item will be sent out. Additional exchanges after the first will be processed as a return instead. If this is the case, please reach out to our customer care team at bonbini.giftboutique@gmail.com so we can assist with processing the return!
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or your package is lost, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery and include photos.
If your package arrives damaged, keep all original packaging and damaged items as received so we can properly file a claim. Do not discard, return, or release them to the shipping carrier. A signed damage/loss statement may also be required.
If your package is lost we will first try to track down your package with the mail carrier. If they are unable to locate it, we got your back! If we have the item(s) you purchased in stock, we will send a replacement. If we do not have the item(s) in stock we will issue you a store credit e-gift card or refund.
Cancellations
Because we work to ship orders quickly, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your order before checkout.
Additional Information
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee deduction
- If you placed your order via Facebook/Instagram/Meta or Shop we can not refund sales tax. Unfortunately Meta & Shop Pay automatically collects the sales tax and automatically withholds it.
- Free shipping promotions may be adjusted if a return causes the order subtotal to fall below the qualifying amount
- Excessive return activity may result in restocking fees or account restrictions
- Bon Bini is not responsible for carrier shipping delays
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
- Discount codes cannot be added to an order after it's placed.
- Items shipped to us without approval, that had their approval canceled due to not being shipped within 10 business days, or that fall outside of our return policy due to not following our polices will not be processed or refunded. We will invoice you for your return to be sent back. If we don't receive a response/payment within 48 hours it will be donated to our local women's shelter.
- Returns/exchanges from two separate orders may not be combined into a single package.

Bon Bini has the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any money that has been paid to us which constitutes payment in respect of the provision of an UNUSED PRODUCT, will be exchanged in the form of a Bon Bini store credit only within 14 days of order receipt. By engaging in any transaction with Bon Bini, you agree to this Refund/Exchange Policy.
